Project: Art Collection Management & Art Appraisals (15,000 sq. feet., 250 works of art)
• Consulted with client to develop an appropriate program for management and appraisal of 250 artworks installed at client’s residence and in storage.
• Inspected condition, authentication and provenance history of each artwork
• Prepared a computerized inventory-keeping system with digital photo documentation. This included on-site measurements, review of invoices, data entry of all information surrounding each work (ie. evaluations, location history, exhibition history, provenance, artist biographies, images)
• Created certified appraisals for fair market valuation, charitable donation and insurance
• Source museums and conducted research on donation policies
• Oversee administration, planning and execution of sales transactions and donations
